Cancellation Policy

We have updated our cancellation policy in response to the increasing frequency of event cancellations as community concern surrounding the coronavirus pandemic continues to rise. Please read the policy below carefully and contact our staff if you have any queries or concerns.​

Cancellations will incur a fee equal to 75% of the sale price of the cancelled goods, where it is no longer possible for Profresh to modify orders with its upstream suppliers. Where Profresh is able to cancel product from its suppliers, Profresh will waive this fee at its discretion.

During this period of increased uncertainty, Profresh may also request a security deposit for large orders (with an estimated sale value in excess of $1000) prior to accepting orders. This will be assessed by management on a case-by-case basis.

We encourage all our customers to update their own cancellation policies, taking into account this update, and to communicate these policies clearly to any future clients. These steps will aid in protecting your business from the impact of any cancellations.

Holds Policy

Fresh & Preserved Holds In-Store

Anything selected from our showroom requires payment in full at the time of the hold and we will store your items safely within our facilities until your required pickup date. All fresh holds will need to be collected by the week ending, close of business on Saturday's.

Sundries & Supplies

We require payment in full for all supplies. We can hold your product for up to 2 weeks. If not collected within this time frame, we will return items to floor stock and issue a store credit. Please note we do not issue store refunds. 

Phone & Email Holds

Given the current global freight and supply chain issues, we will only be able to accept paid holds on product. If items are not collected by the requested pickup date without further communication, items will immediately be returned to floor stock and a credit will be issued. Please note we do not provide refunds. 

 

There's no need to panic buy and we ask customers to be mindful of product holds. What you may not wish to take, may make a customers day. Let's share the love and support each other through this time.
